Keeping the band's heartbeat moving is Kelley Rasmussen.
As both drummer and lead vocalist, Kelley brings a rare combination of talent and energy to every performance. Raised between Colorado and Arizona, her love of country music began at just eight years old after seeing Marty Robbins perform live. Today, she delivers both powerhouse drumming and heartfelt vocals that help define Heber Ridge's sound.
Known for her signature purple hair, infectious smile, and warm stage presence, Kelley has a unique ability to make audiences feel like part of the show. Whether she's driving the rhythm section or stepping to the microphone, she brings an authenticity that country music fans immediately connect with.
Every great country sound needs a master builder, and for Heber Ridge, that’s Greg Mack. A guitar virtuoso, multi-instrumentalist, and stellar lead and harmony vocalist, Greg is the gifted musical architect behind the band’s signature outlaw and traditional country sound.
Greg’s musical journey began in Connecticut, where he was already playing professional solo gigs and fronting bands by the age of 14. In the late 1980s, he traded the East Coast for Arizona, serving for 18 years as the Music Director at The Living Word Bible Church in Mesa. Eventually trading the valley heat for the cool pines of the Mogollon Rim, Greg spent 13 years in Pine, Arizona. It was there, while hosting a local open mic, that bandleader Brent Rasmussen walked in to play a few tunes. It was musical love at first note.
Today, Greg now calls Heber-Overgaard home.
Lastly...Meet Brent Rasmussen: The voice and founder of Heber Ridge.
A native Arizonan born and raised in Tempe, Brent's love for country music began early through church music and countless hours listening to country radio. Those influences helped shape a style that blends the grit of outlaw country with the storytelling and heart that made country music great in the 1980s and 1990s.
His rich, seasoned vocals and authentic songwriting have earned him recognition throughout Arizona's music community. In 2024, Brent earned Second Place honors in the West Valley Country Music Association Songwriting Contest, showcasing his ability to craft songs that resonate with listeners through honesty, experience, and real-life stories.
But what truly makes Heber Ridge special goes beyond the stage.
Through Heber Ridge Entertainment, the group provides professional live music and event production services throughout Arizona. From full-band performances and acoustic shows to sound production and event support, they help create memorable experiences for audiences and event organizers alike.
Their commitment to Arizona music extends even further through the Northern Arizona Songwriters Association (NAZSA), which they proudly operate to support songwriters and performers throughout the region. Through songwriter showcases and community events, they continue creating opportunities for fellow musicians while helping strengthen Northern Arizona's music scene.

Looking ahead, the future is bright.
Heber Ridge is preparing to enter the studio later this year to record their first EP, giving fans an opportunity to hear more of the original music that has already earned recognition across Arizona.
