At the heart of Twisted Trails is lead singer Brandon Head, whose voice immediately stands out—not just for how it sounds, but for what it carries.
Raised between Arkansas and Arizona, Brandon’s music is rooted in real-life experience. From singing in church at a young age to spending long days working on his grandparents’ farm, his foundation was built on faith, family, and hard work—and you can hear every bit of that honesty in both his voice and songwriting.
Those early experiences shaped more than just his sound—they shaped his perspective. The stories of everyday people, life lessons learned through struggle and perseverance, and the values instilled in him growing up all found their way into his music. Influenced by classic southern rock, ‘70s rock, and the timeless storytelling of Johnny Cash, Brandon brings a style that feels both rugged and deeply personal.
His songwriting journey evolved through collaboration with fellow writers, sparking a passion for creating songs that feel authentic, grounded, and deeply human. Whether he’s singing about struggle, faith, redemption, or simply life as it comes, Brandon believes music should connect people through real stories.
That authenticity became even more evident after a recent and deeply personal health battle. Following a cancer diagnosis, Brandon underwent surgery to remove the cancer—a moment that understandably shifted perspective and deepened his purpose. In true country music fashion, the community rallied around him, coming together through a fundraiser and showing exactly what happens when music becomes family.
Rather than slowing him down, the experience strengthened his resolve. It added even more meaning to the music he creates and the way he connects with audiences. Today, Brandon leads Twisted Trails with an even deeper sense of gratitude, resilience, and purpose—bringing a story of perseverance that reminds us all just how strong the country music community can be.
What makes Twisted Trails really come alive is the chemistry of the full band.
Cooper Fischer (Lead Guitar) brings a powerful mix of gritty rock tone and melodic precision, shaped by years in Arizona’s local music scene. His playing adds both edge and emotion—whether it’s a stripped-down moment or a full-band explosion.
Caleb Peacock (Bass) brings a lifetime of musical influence to the stage. Raised in Alabama in a bluegrass family and starting piano at just four years old, Caleb blends technical skill with high-energy performance. His experience touring, producing, and writing across genres adds a level of depth that elevates the entire band.
Tristan Davies (Drums) ties it all together with a dynamic, polished sound. Originally from Australia, Tristan brings international touring experience along with serious production talent. As a co-founder of Twisted Trails, he’s helped shape their sonic identity—co-writing and producing their EP Trailhead and continuing to push their sound forward.
Twisted Trails lives in that sweet spot where country storytelling meets rock energy.
