2. Members of the public, fans, artists, venues, businesses, industry professionals, and AZDCMA members may submit nominations through the official nomination process.
3. AZDCMA may require use of an official nomination form. Requested information may include the nominee’s name, category, contact information, website or social media links, reason for nomination, performance or venue history, years active, permanent/core member names, genre information, and supporting materials.
4. Multiple nominations for the same nominee in the same category do not automatically determine finalist placement. AZDCMA may consider nomination support, but all finalists remain subject to eligibility and category review.
5. After nominations close, the AZDCMA Board or an appointed Awards & Voting Committee will review eligibility, category placement, supporting information, duplicate submissions, genre classification, radio market classification, and contribution to Arizona country music.
6. AZDCMA may move a nominee to a more appropriate category, request additional information, remove an ineligible nominee, combine or pause a category, allow a category to proceed with fewer nominees, or appoint additional qualified nominees when necessary.
7. Following review, the top three (3) eligible nominees in each voting category will be placed on the final ballot. The exception is Best Radio Station - Small Market and Best Radio Station - Large Market, which will each place the top two (2) eligible nominees on the final ballot.
8. The Legacy Award is selected by the AZDCMA Board and is not required to appear on the final member ballot.

4. Unless otherwise stated, each eligible member may cast one ballot and vote for one nominee in each category.
5. The nominee receiving the highest number of valid votes in each category will be the winner, subject to final review and certification by AZDCMA.
6. In the event of a tie, the AZDCMA Board will determine the winner by tie-break vote.
7. Vote totals, rankings, internal ballot data, and individual voting records will remain confidential unless the AZDCMA Board authorizes their release.
5. Integrity, Conduct & Final Authority
Nominees, finalists, supporters, and voters must comply with AZDCMA rules and act in a manner consistent with the mission, reputation, and integrity of the organization. Buying votes, offering incentives for votes, creating fraudulent memberships or accounts, harassment, coordinated vote manipulation, misrepresenting AZDCMA endorsement, or attempting to interfere with the voting system is prohibited.
AZDCMA may investigate suspected misconduct and may invalidate votes, remove a nominee from the ballot, disqualify a nominee, suspend voting privileges, revoke recognition, or take other appropriate action.
All interpretations of these rules, eligibility determinations, category placements, voting decisions, tie-breaks, and final award decisions rest solely with the Arizona Desert Country Music Association Board. The Board’s decision is final.
