Shelly Rochester
Chief Operating Officer

Shelly Rochester serves as Chief Operating Officer for the AZ Desert Country Music Association, bringing a strong foundation in financial management, operations, and organization to the heart of Arizona’s country music community.

By profession, Shelly is a bookkeeper who helps business owners manage cash flow, stay tax-ready, and regain valuable time through clear, approachable financial systems. In addition, she and her business partner Jo Weeks manage Sorella by the Sea, a rental property management company in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, where her attention to detail and hands-on approach ensure each property feels like home—creating memorable guest experiences that keep visitors coming back. Having firsthand experience managing properties from hundreds of miles away, Shelly understands both the challenges and rewards of turning a dream into a well-run reality.

A proud wife and mom, Shelly believes that organization is the backbone of a stress-free life—whether balancing ledgers, overseeing operations, or managing a busy household. Her passion for structure, follow-through, and collaboration makes her a natural fit for guiding the operational vision of AZDCMA.

Outside of work, Shelly is an avid country music fan who loves supporting hometown bands, attending live shows, and traveling with friends and family. She believes country music is the soundtrack to life—telling stories of love, heartbreak, family, faith, hard work, and resilience while fostering community, authenticity, and connection.

At AZDCMA, Shelly is proud to help create a space where people work hard, play hard, and celebrate life’s best moments—together.

Shelly’s Mantra: Who lives like we do? WE DO!
