Johanna “Jo” Weeks is the President of the AZ Desert Country Music Association and a seasoned financial lending professional with extensive experience creating lending solutions and helping individuals achieve meaningful financial milestones. Alongside her husband, Jeremy Weeks, she is also the President and co-owner of Credence Mortgage Advisors, where they work together to empower clients through trusted guidance and personalized mortgage strategies.

In addition to her leadership in lending and music advocacy, Jo partners with Shelly Rochester in overseeing Sorella by the Sea, a vacation rental company managing properties in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Jo plays a key role in the strategic and operational side of the business, focusing on systems, consistency, and overall guest experience. Managing properties across borders has further strengthened her leadership approach, emphasizing adaptability, accountability, and a high standard of care that keeps guests returning.

Jo’s connection to country music and the Western lifestyle began at a young age. Growing up around horses and immersed in a country way of life, she developed a deep appreciation for hard work, independence, and community—values that continue to shape both her personal and professional journey. Those early experiences laid the foundation for her lifelong love of country music and the stories it tells about family, resilience, faith, and home.

She is passionate about fostering collaboration, supporting local talent, and helping position Arizona as the next Country Music Destination of the West.
