Jo’s connection to country music began long before AZDCMA. Growing up around horses and immersed in the Western lifestyle, she developed a deep appreciation for hard work, independence, faith, and community — values that still guide her leadership today.
Professionally, Jo is President and co-owner of Credence Mortgage Advisors, where she empowers clients through personalized lending strategies and trusted financial guidance. She also co-founded and co-manages Sorella by the Sea, overseeing cross-border vacation home management operations with a focus on systems, accountability, and exceptional experience.
Jo believes deeply in connection — whether helping families step into homeownership or helping artists step onto bigger stages. Her vision for AZDCMA is bold:

Geoff brings decades of service, integrity, and leadership to AZDCMA.
A retired Deputy Sheriff with nearly 26 years in law enforcement, Geoff built his career on protecting and serving others. Since relocating to Arizona in 2020, he has immersed himself in the Western and country music scene, working with national promotional companies and gaining hands-on experience in live event operations.
Geoff is deeply passionate about supporting artists and venues — the heartbeat of our industry. He believes country music represents unity, hard work, determination, and compassion — values he carries into every decision he makes.
His focus is simple and powerful:

With more than 25 years in the mortgage industry, Jeremy brings executive leadership, systems thinking, and long-term strategy to AZDCMA.
As founder and co-owner of Credence Mortgage Advisors, he has built a client-first organization centered around innovation, education, and efficiency. He also serves as a business coach with Empire Operating System, helping entrepreneurs implement proven growth systems and scalable operations.
Jeremy’s role within AZDCMA is focused on sustainability and structure — ensuring that our growth is strategic, our foundation is strong, and our impact lasts for generations.
He believes strong systems create freedom — and that Arizona’s country music community deserves both passion and structure.

Shelly brings financial clarity, organization, and disciplined follow-through to AZDCMA. As a professional bookkeeper, she helps business owners manage cash flow, stay tax-ready, and implement simple, effective systems.
She also co-founded and co-manages Sorella by the Sea, ensuring seamless operations and memorable guest experiences.
A proud wife, mom, and country music fan, Shelly believes organization is the backbone of a stress-free life — whether balancing ledgers or coordinating events. Her steady leadership ensures AZDCMA runs with accountability, structure, and intention.
