AZDCMA Artist Spotlight: Ashley Wineland

Arizona’s Rising Country Powerhouse Continues Her National Climb

Arizona’s country music scene is filled with incredible talent, and AZDCMA artist member Ashley Wineland continues to stand out as one of the state’s fastest-rising independent country artists.

A national touring country singer and songwriter, Ashley Wineland has been steadily building momentum across the country thanks to her arena-ready vocals, electrifying stage presence, and immersive storytelling. With a growing global fanbase of over one million fans engaged online, Ashley has carved out a unique path in country music while remaining proudly rooted in Arizona.

A New Era of Music: The Wineland Album

Ashley entered 2026 with a major milestone — the release of her highly anticipated new album “Wineland,” released February 6, 2026.

The project marks an exciting new creative chapter as Ashley collaborates with Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum producer Marti Frederiksen, whose songwriting and production credits include “Mama’s Song” by Carrie Underwood and “Dreamer” by Ozzy Osbourne.

Ashley describes their studio chemistry as something special.

“Marti and I have had nothing but pure magic come out of the studio.”

The album showcases Ashley’s continued musical evolution, blending fun, high-energy country anthems with heartfelt storytelling that reflects her personal and artistic growth.

Music videos from the new album — along with fan favorites like “Crank It Up,” “Tumbleweed,” “Heartbreak Boots,” “Loving You Is Easy,” and “Love Letter” — have all surpassed one million views each on Vevo, proving that Ashley’s audience continues to grow both nationally and globally.

Before heading out on the road nationally, Ashley is celebrating the release of Wineland with a series of performances right here in Arizona, giving local fans the chance to experience the new music live.

The 2026 “Love & Heartbreak” Tour

After wrapping up her critically acclaimed 2025 national tour, Ashley is already gearing up for another major year on the road.

Her upcoming “Love & Heartbreak Tour” is set to launch in May 2026, bringing her new music and signature high-energy performances to audiences across the country.

As an independent artist, Ashley has taken control of her career in remarkable ways — even serving as her own booking agent while landing more than 60 headlining shows nationwide, along with festival and fair appearances.

Arizona Roots, National Reach

Raised in the rugged beauty of the western Arizona desert, Ashley’s music is deeply influenced by the cowboy culture that surrounds her.

“Many people don’t realize how western Arizona is,” Ashley says. “Cowboy culture is so strong here, and being surrounded by ranchers and farmers has brought about many events and stories that influence my music.”

Her powerful performances have earned comparisons to country icons like Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, and Gretchen Wilson, while her authenticity continues to resonate with fans everywhere.

Ashley has also had the opportunity to open for major country artists including Lainey Wilson, John Michael Montgomery, and Sawyer Brown, gaining invaluable experience while connecting with new audiences across the country.

The Winelanders

At the center of Ashley’s success is her dedicated fanbase, affectionately known as the “Winelanders.”

“Nothing I do would be possible without their support,” Ashley says.

Their encouragement continues to fuel her drive as she builds her career independently and connects with fans across the country and around the world.

Music With a Mission

Beyond the stage, Ashley is also passionate about supporting veterans and military families. Having several loved ones who served, she uses her platform to raise awareness and funds for veterans’ charities.

One of the standout moments of her career came when she performed a 90-minute set at Ak-Chin Pavilion, opening for Aaron Lewis and Eddie Montgomery at a special Veterans Day event.

“It was a massive moment for me, playing for an audience of veterans,” she reflects.

Blazing Her Own Trail

Since first stepping into the spotlight as a teenager — when a demo recording of cover songs caught the attention of industry insiders — Ashley has continued to build a career defined by authenticity, independence, and relentless drive.

Now with a new album, a national tour on the horizon, and a growing global audience, Ashley Wineland shows no signs of slowing down.

Whether she’s lighting up the stage, recording new music, or connecting with fans online, one thing is certain:

Ashley Wineland is blazing her own trail in country music — and Arizona is proud to call her one of our own.
