Hondo Rodeo Fest is led by CEO James Trawick, who says its strength is gathering the sport’s most accomplished athletes in one weekend. One of the event’s main organizers, Dallas Jackson, said the team drew on its experience producing some of Nashville’s biggest shows. Since debuting at Chase Field in 2024 and selling out in 2025, the festival has expanded nationally. It is growing into the New Orleans and Tampa markets.
